    Advantage:
    • 1.      Suitable for Stable fiber.
    • 2.      Organic and inorganic solvent can be used.
    • 3.      Higher production due to continue.
    • 4.      Low temp required.
    Disadvantage:
    • 1.      Slow spinning Process.
    • 2.      Washing & bleaching of fiber are needed.
    • 3.      Toxic

    Used Wet Spinning Solvent:

    Advantage:
    1.      Suitable for producing fire denier fibers.
    2.      No need of wash of fibre.
    Disadvantage:
    1.   Can’t be used for stable fiber production.
    2.   Investment cost is high.
    3. Toxic and risk of explosion.
    Dry Spinning Solvent:
              Fiber                             Solvent
    1.      Cellulose                    Acetone + (2-6)% Water
    2.      Tri acetate                  Methylene  Chloride  40% = Methanol 10%
    3.      Poly Acrylonitrile      DMF, DMAC ( Di-methyl formation/ Di- methyl Acetamide)
